"Katastrophe!"

Leider hat man hier versucht uns zu betrügen. Uns wurde BEWUSST der doppelte Betrag abgebucht. Nachdem wir das reklamiert haben, konnten die 4!!! Mitarbeiter keine Lösung finden, wie wir unser Geld zurück bekommen. Absolut unprofessionell und hilflos. Im Zimmer gab es nur heißes Wasser und das Frühstück waren Eier und trockenes Brot. Der Pool ist kein Pool sondern ein Planschbecken. Wir wollten zum Beispiel nachts noch ein Bier trinken an der Bar und der Mitarbeiter fragte uns, ob wir jetzt hier laut sein wollen 😅 Absolute Katastrophe.
