The property is gorgeous it's close to everything parking was easy the bed was absolutely one of the most comfortable is that I've ever slept in would recommend to anyone

Lovely, renovated older home. Decorated to the nines. Welcome champagne was great. Only downgrade: smallest toilet (room?) ever. Wonderful area to walk around and view homes, and very close to the art museums and the Plaza. Will stay again.

This was the first time we stayed at a location where you did not have someone checking you in but were just given access codes. It worked out perfectly. Although there was no one present, we lacked for nothing. The room was clean and organized. You were able to have your room made up if you chose to. If you needed additional amenities they were easily accessible. The one question we had, we called the phone number given us and we got a live person on the other end, so refreshing. The hotel had a beautiful character about it and the owners really put some thought into its setup. I guess the ultimate compliment is to say we WILL be back, because we know of a fun unique place to stay. Thank you Aida for making out trip even more fun.

Pretty amazing stay here at the Aida! Contactless everything from check in to check out but the hotel kept in contact electronically the whole stay! This is of importance to me because I feel checking in and out can be so stressful and overwhelming. My room was so much better than I imagined and the other properties were available for me to visit, cannot wait to stay here again.

The Aida hotel is exactly as described- a peaceful, comfortable hotel within walking distance to either the plaza or Westport, and amazing art museums literally outside your front door. From the moment you walk in, you are surrounded by well curated art pieces, carefully selected furniture and an atmosphere of luxury. The owners were very responsive with a few minor requests- I’d had back surgery and needed extra pillows- they were there when we returned to our room nicely placed on the freshly made bed. The grounds are lovely, with beautiful landscaping and a small pond/bird bath that provides a sense of solitude despite being in the middle of everything! You are greeted with Donsuemor madeleines and Nespresso coffee in the “common” area on the first floor in the morning, with apples that appear to be picked or chosen from a local market, and each evening there is an unassuming bottle of prosecco with small glasses for you to imbibe. All very lovely touches that add a flair of hospitality. The rooms are lovely, with darkening shades and VERY comfortable mattresses and pillows. As mentioned after back surgery a few weeks prior I was nervous, but with a pillow to support my knees I slept like a baby! They provide sound machines, the doors have sound-stopping door runners and it is so peaceful. No slamming doors, elevator dings or sounds of loud kids running down the halls. That being said, this is NOT kid-friendly. My husband and I would absolutely come back as a couple.

One of the best places I’ve stayed! So beautiful and easy check in!

The decor was incredible. Absolutely stunning. We stayed on the first floor (1A) and there were people staying directly above us. We heard every time they walked, flushed, talked and coughed. In the morning, they then came to the coffee bar which was directly across from us and we heard every cup they made, and their conversations for 45 minutes until they moved out to the porch. We got 3 hours of sleep and left by 8:30a as there is no sound barrier at all in that room. Very uncomfortable evening and morning. It’s a gorgeous home/hotel, though. I suppose if you stay upstairs you wouldn’t have the same issues we had.

This is the CUTEST hotel I’ve ever stayed! So beautiful looks like it right out of a magazine and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept. This is a must stay and can’t wait to return when I’m in Kansas City next month.
