Everything. From the location to the clean facilities to the very amazing and warm staff. We were blown away. Ruth, Amani, Nathan, Steve, and Silver were just exceptional. At Billy's, my lil baby Tidjara was a God sent. She was so helpful and kept her smile on all through the day. Already telling friends about Century.

Just that housekeeping did not come daily, so it kind of allowed a little bit of untidiness

We were truly amazed by the service and cleanliness at Century Park Hotel & Residences. The food was exquisite, the welcome warm, and the natural, refreshing air added to the entire experience. Honestly, I'm at a loss for words to fully describe my time there.

Nice location! Lovely staff! Good amenities in the room! They did all they could to help and make me feel welcome, including arranging the airport shuttle, dropping a handwritten welcome note, and supporting me throughout my stay to ensure I had a good time.

The most valuable resource of a business is it"s HUMAN RESOURCE". The management team of Steve, and especially Ruth,. are the real .deal. when it comes to customer service, they are serious. they do not play. i felt more than well taken care of during my stay because of their attention to details and willingness to always assist me. the rooms were clean roomy and comfortable. they made my stay at CPH, Block B, feel welcome, safe, and very comfortable. it is my recommendation thAt they are due a raise in salary because they are truely your most valuable resources. thanks RED

I had an amazing stay at Century Park Hotel & Residences. The Apartment had all our needs and requirements, we were able to cook, order food and drinks delivered to the door and cleaning available every other day. Security was assured as well as quietness when required. Internet was superb too. Our host Jean in addition to the initial discount also agreed to further discount for the 3-bedroom apartment after my friend left so I did not have to change apartments. Jean is very attentive and always available and willing to assist. Excellent champion customer focus. 10/10 for Jean and his team including Noella the cleaning lady. Finally, for those interested in having some nigh life (loud music, crowd etc) there is a busy club in the premises, so you do not have to leave to have a night out. Overall, Century Park met and exceeded my expectations, and I will be back again pretty soon.

Excellent staff, very friendly and responding immediately to any requests. Century Park helped me book certain tourist activities that I was unable to book on my own and, at its own initiative and at no expense, offered to organise pick-up from and drop-off at the airport. Great breakfast options. The apartments are squeaky clean and very big. Located in a residential and quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes drive from the city centre.
