Proximité des transports en commun . Bon rapport qualité prix. Convenable pour 2 nuits. Rue très calme et idem pour l'hébergement. Parking sous l'immeuble qui est une ancienne usine ; indispensable au vu des difficultés de stationnement dans la rue. L'immeuble doit être rénové

Odeurs des égouts qui remontent en raison des pluies abondantes. La rénovation à venir des appartements devrait régler ce problème à priori selon l'hôtesse d'accueil
