Very quiet area and close to the center. Walkable

We couldn't cook properly, the stove was very slow (electricity). It took us a long time to cook water for pasta etc.

O preço é justo para as condições oferecidas e tem uma boa localização perto de transportes públicos. O pessoal na receção foi cortês e muito prestável.

As instalações poderiam estar mais bem conservadas e atuais. Os serviços poderiam ser melhores.

"Fair for the price"

The place is near to the Gare du Nord, next to a tram station and the flixbus stops. No noises comming from other rooms. You have a fridge in the room.

In our room, the shower's doors leak the water out, the walls need to be paited and the kitchen was a bit run-down. In general, not the best quality but for the price it's okey

The staff was really friendly, and the accommodation was okay for a short stay, with nice full equipped kitchen. The check in and check out process was very convenient and practical

It could have been cleaner. The general day to day cleanliness was okay, but the place really needs a deep cleaning. It was also too humid. The towels wouldn't dry even after 24 hours

Host was able to repair error made by booking.com I cancelled one room out of 6 a few weeks ago but was told on arrival 2 rooms out of 6 was cancelled.

Rooms where poor standard Poor room services include Broken doors and equipment Overall cleanliness was really poor Heat flies in one room
