I enjoyed my 5 days stay at the place . Is very quiet , nice and conducive. My only challenge was my air conditioning was not working and my room was very hot at night. I had my returning flight in the evening and they were so nice to extend my check out time for me. I will always come back to this beautiful facility.

The hotel was clean

We had a huge nightmare at check in - it took forever to get sorted and to our room. The Internet didn't work which meant we couldn't order food to the hotel (our phones would not work for data) I asked them to help us source food that I could pay for as we had just got here after travelling from Australia they said no! At breakfast the women was rude and ushering me out of the breakfast room, after going to reception I was finally let me in but the only thing ediable was 1 slice of bread that was out for toast! Was glad to leave and get back to the airport to fly back to the UK so we could get some food after not eating for 20 hours Many other small issues also

The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed and pillows. The shower had essentials like a toothbrush and shower cap. Water and tea were also provided.

The hotel might be tricky for non-Chinese speakers, especially for first-time visitors to China. You'll want to have WeeChat and Alipay and must have data or minutes to contact them for the shuffle bus. The reception staff spoke limited English, requiring translation apps. Due to this, I wasn’t informed about breakfast times and ended up missing the breakfast I had paid for.
