"Nice hotel but noisy guests"

Attentive staff, parking available, walking distance to zócalo.

Not the hotel's fault, but it was disappointing that they were unable to take action on very noisy guests next door at night. It was incredibly frustrating, especially as we stayed with children. I think the hotel should have intervened to provide a good quality experience to those guests who respect others and shame those, who are disrespectful.

Muy buena atención del personal. Buena ubicación.

En la habitación se oye mucho ruido. A las 12 de la noche llegaron los que ocupaban el cuarto de junto y me despertaron, porque yo escuchaba todo lo que decían (por cierto, pidieron cobijas porque hacía frío). Y luego, los mismos huéspedes se levantaron a las 6 de la mañana y nuevamente me despertaron.

"Buena opción, buena ubicación."

Muy amables nos recomendaron donde desayunar, el Hotel en buena ubicación y muy cómodo.

El estacionamiento, las condiciones del piso, charcos. Se le clavaron unos tornillos al auto. Y está a media cuadra del hotel.

La ubicación es excelente. El personal es muy atento y amable.

No tienen desayuno. Podrían poner cafeteras en las habitaciones. Es un poco ruidoso.
