Capital o hotel did not honor our change of dates that was confirmed weeks prior to our stay. On the morning of our trip I saw that my card had already been charged for the stay due to no show policy . I attempted to reach out directly to the hotel and instead found that they use a service for guest support. The call center employees were not at all helpful and refused to give a direct number for the hotel. We were left trying to find alternate accommodations and were never refunded for their mistake. Overall a terrible experience. We are still waiting for this to be resolved. So hopefully you don't have to change your dates with this hotel because they will charge you and leave you without a place to stay.

Una estancia excelente, el hotel limpio y comodo, con excelente ubicacion en el centro... Mencion aparte al excelente trabajo del señor Lucio que nos atendio, super amable y atento a lo que se necesito, es un hotel totalmente recomendable
