We requested a double room for our stay as we stayed before as we had a good experience. We was informed our booking wasn’t done and we was giving a room with 2 beds instead of double bed as requested.

Overnight staff, who represented themselves as the manager booked our taxi and charged his 500 rupees bribe from taxi driver. Taxi charged us 2000 rupees with extra 500 rupees because hotel staff took this money from us. Normal charge for taxi would have been 1500 rupees. This is not acceptable! We paid 500 rupees to get our suitcases up the stairs and 1000 down stairs plus our hotel stay! Even a herbal tea was charged at 100 rupees! All this after paying out 5200 rupees for the stay! Very disappointed at how my parents were treated this time round. In a Muslim country like Pakistan were taking a bribe is offence I have found you have staff that have their own conniving ways to get this out of travellers.
