Spacious central apartment with sauna

Great location and did have everything we needed for our stay sauna was a fantastic edition.

The property has a lot of wear and tear such as missing dishwasher door or marks on walls and floor and I feel needs a freshening up. And could have done with two keys not one.

The beds were not very comfortable and the dishwasher was not working

support staff unavailable for phone support; one snobbish not helpful when asked how to start sauna or to fix dishwasher … noting no instructions available in side a full automated phone based support system. my worst experience in Finland in 18 years

Never did figure out the Sauna… Clearer directions to the property would help

The communications are excellent, key pick up process is simple and efficient (as frequently done in Europe, there is a separate small office nearby - this was very close to the apartment and very easy to grab a key). Apartment is very large, filled with space, amazing kitchen - big plus for families, and Finnish groceries are very high quality, especially in summer and fall. Sauna.. beyond words amazing to have it at home in the middle of the Helsinki, all worked great, beds are singles combined together, but very comfy. Quiet. Neighborhood is amazing, Esplanade is a few minutes away, and Finland Gulf promenade with parks and walkways is another way.

If anything is not to your liking, the team will help you and guide you to the complete satisfaction. Perfect hosts.

Was actually quite fun. They had a sort of escape-room way of retreiving the key! But not complicated.

There were constructions going on when we were there... a little extra noise from that.
