Cordova Dream Lower

I very much liked the location of the property- we could walk to St. George Street in about 10 minutes so there was no need to drive everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. But only one of the bedrooms had a dresser, so the other couple had to live out of their suitcase. Also there was not a suitcase stand, so the suitcase had to be on the floor. There's parking directly in front of the house, which is on a first-come first-serve basis. The parking on the property itself is pretty dicey-a VERY tight fit. So if you have a small car it is okay, but larger vehicles are going to have a problem. Access to the property starts at 4:00 on the day you are to arrive. We were told if it were to become available before then we would be notified. We happened to arrive around 3:00, having driven 8 hours to get there. There was no housekeeping there so we were hopeful we could get in one hour early. But the door code did not work. We called and spoke to someone at the rental place and she said she would get ahold of the cleaner to see if they were done so we could access it. We never heard back. Weirdly enough, there was an Uber Eats delivery on the porch- UNOPENED- that had a date of 4 DAYS earlier. So that left us to believe housekeeping had been there after the previous occupants left 4 days ago. At precisely 4:00 the door code worked. So it's on a timer, and the lady probably couldn't have opened it anyway. Overall I give it a C.
