We stayed one night and were picked up at the airport and dropped off at the airport the next morning. The breakfast was great!Handy to the beach and restaurants

Stayed total 5 nights. Small 8 room B&B hotel, Located in small alley one block behind Lippo shopping center , Kuta. Clean room with big screen TV, Decent breakfast. Friendly staff and helpful manager Miss Sorta. Miss Sorta arranged for us fast boat ticket to nearby Island, car for day, called local Blue Bird tax which runs on meter for local transport and took us to Krisna store for souvenir. If you need a pick up from airport then send email at least 24 hrs before arrival with your flight details.

We stayed at Ara Inn on our way to Labuan Bajo as well as Manado, so total of two nights combined. They provided transportation from the airport and back again on both times. Service was top notch, the rooms were spotless clean and comfortable. Nicely done decorations and bathrooms with big mirrors and a rainfall type of shower, which we liked. It's close by to Lippomall shopping mall and the nearest beach is a 5min walk away. Airport is close by too, so it's a convenient rest between flights. The corridors have doors that block the street noise. Quiet AC and comfy bed. Everybody was nice and the breakfast was good. Highly recommended!

I felt extremely welcomed by all the staff, the free breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, the AC worked great, and on top of all that the woman who runs it dropped me off at the airport for free! Definitely staying here again if I come back to Bali.

Delicious and affordable food nearby, there are locals living around this place too, good for culture. excellent service and friendly staff. Nice breakfast but limited choices. Remember to hang your "Clean up room" sign, or else they will not make up your room

A very well kept hotel. Very clean and modern. Close to a beach, steps from Lippo Mall, haircuts, massage, restaurants and convenience stores, but it is down a quiet alley. The breakfast was good. We were using the free airport shuttle at 6am and hadn't expected breakfast but there was cereal and toast and juice and tea or coffee waiting for us... Luckily we had time to enjoy it. This is a great family run hotel and the perfect spot for access to the airport.

Surprisingly pleasant experience at such a budget hotel. Very small (8 rooms), which means we got personal attention from the manager, and all in all a good experience. Location is a bit of a negative (it is behind lippo mall) but not much of an issue.

Great staff, helpful, customer oriented. New facility, good shopping in neighborhood, close to resorts and beach walk for sunset and morning jog. Quiet, tucked down alley, feels like part of the neighborhood. Staff taught me some Balinese. Rooms smallish but adequate.

I was staying 1 night whilst transiting through Bali airport. The hotel is perfect as a budget place near the airport. THe hotel offers free airport transfers, which I why I booked - but hotels.com didn't make this easy to organise.... The telephone number provided for the hotel did not work, and there was no email. The confirmation email made no mention of the included transfers either. Hence I had to do some searching to find some way of contacting the hotel - I eventually found an email address which, surprisingly, they responded to (info [at ] arainnbnb [dot] com). It would have been much better to streamline the airport transfer arrangements.
