Beautiful cottage. Owners so warm and friendly nothing too much trouble. Lovely cream tea in fridge. Great parking and lovely and peaceful surroundings. Bed soo comfy. Definitely would stay again.

Great cottage, very comfotable

Loved the comfort, layout and decor of the cottage, it felt very homely and we slept very well here. Loved having the beauty desk in the bedroom to get ready for a wedding! The cottage had everything we needed from kitchen utensils for cooking to ironing board and iron to get us ready for a wedding we were attending 10 mins down the road. The hosts Mel and Mark could not have been more helpful and we are very grateful to them for this!

There was nothing we did not like! We had a small problem with the shower initally but Mel and Mark seen to this promptly and it was sorted in no time. Much obliged!

The Coach House is a well kept 1 bedroom cottage just to the side of the main house, there is a well maintained garden, and there is parking for 1 car well away from traffic. Your hosts Mel and Mark are very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and Cornwall in general. The location of the property is ideal for visiting north coast or south coast Cornwall and Bodmin just 15 minuets away. The cottage itself is in good condition and is equipped with every thing that you will need, there's heating in there for them cold autumn/winter months.

Me and my girlfriend spent our 7 year anniversary here. We couldn't have chosen a better place. the cottage is very clean, it has its own parking lot, the location is very quiet, it is a very nice and cozy place. Mel is a very wonderful host, very helpful and caring. we received cream tea as a welcome treat. I definitely recommend this place, it's 10 out of 10 for us. It is very easy to find this place if you read the directions. We will definitely be back.

Lovely little place in a great location for us as near family, but lots to do in the area for visitors with information of local attractions in the house if needed. the property had everything we needed and a well equipped kitchen. The place was lovely and clean and the welcome cream tea was most appreciated. The hosts and their pets were very friendly and welcoming.

Could not really fault the property but an ice box in the fridge would be useful as there is no where to store anything frozen.
