Location is good, building is secure. swimming pool (nice temperature) and gym are good.

doorcode to get took more then an hour. AFTER arrival. they should give the code at 11:00 already. not so clean. even with 14 nights no extra cleaning or more towels. contact only via whatsapp, which takes 45 min waits for replies and robotic answers.

Overall a bad experience, starting with the automated chatbot service, which is terrible and gives zero trust in the pre-checkin phase. I was so insecure about arriving after hours and not being able to get in in the middle of the night, that I paid for a night in a hotel before checking in the next morning. But the worst was yet to come. Although the apartment has a great location and is in a high-end building, the dirt, the lack of basic maintenance and the lack of attention to detail, was scary. Disgusting.

Location and space. Nice and warm swimmingpool. Lobby, gym all clean.

Difficult to get the access code via WhatsApp. You should send it earlier. From checkin time? Just 3 glasses and cups. And curtains for privacy / sun would be a suggestion. The rest ok to good.

Late check in, even though it supposed to be at 15h, we checked in at 16.30 (check out is early, at 9am and it impossible they couldn’t clean apartment in 6 hours). The fridge was not cooling properly, it was producing loud noise. Iron and iron board was not available, when we asked for it we got reply “it is not part of standard to have it” and they didn’t care much to help. Even hair dryer was not working. Sink in both bathrooms and kitchen were clocked. The faucet from the shower bath was broken as well. Stains on the wall. Coffee machine had only 2 coffee capsules and no sugar. Also face recognition for opening the door was not working for 24hr. Overall disappointing.

Super recomendo. Ótima localização e muito aconchegante.

Overall great place, good location, nice facilities

Place has a washing machine but literally no place to dry. After contacting Charlie via their whatsapp chat bot they were no really willing or able to help. So either plan not using the washing mashine, or buy a drying rack (what I did) This whatsapp chat service is somewhat annoying. Probably cheap for them but not really customer friendly. Met other people in the building that had various things to resolve who also did not like the reachability of Charlie over all and the experience with the chat.

It is always great to stay at the Charlie properties. This particular one lacks curtains in the balcony, what would reduce the heat, and more powerful ACs, as the best place to remotely work in the apartment is the balcony. Besides it, amazing stay! Great communication.

O que me chamou a atenção na propriedade foram os cômodos separados, a existência de um lavabo e área de serviço privada com uma lava e seca. Uma excelente opção para quem vai de dupla e gosta de privacidade. Nesse apt da para ficar assistindo tv ou trabalhando na sala enquanto a outra pessoa dorme sossegada. Acho só que os acabamentos já estavam um pouco desatualizados e bem gastos, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia.
