Excellent location, extremely comfortable room, very good breakfast. Nana at reception was very helpful finding out about car transfers and spoke very clear English.

This is being super picky but the button for the curtain has only two options: fully open or fully closed. We managed by using the chair as a prop.

Spacious, clean room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. Very modern features. Free robes and slippers.

Everything was great with the stay but if you are non-Chinese speaking it may be difficult to check-in and request room service.

This hotel is very near Zhonglou street, a must go street during the night. A happening street with plenty of eateries and shops in the middle of the Bell Tower area.

Staff could be a bit more helpful to assist foreigners who rely on cash and be ready to break big notes into smaller denominations as foreigners may not have online payments. Other than that, excellent staff!
