"We had a great Aust Day on the lake with our family. Nice accommodation and lake and I wanted to give this place 10/"

We had a nice comfortable stay, was clean and very comfortable beds.Kitchen was very neat and we did have aircon.Nice balcony to sit outside and relax overlooking the lake.

We had a grumpy/ extremely rude customer service lady (blondish hair up in a bun) at the office when we were checking in, she made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy.Luckily another lady in dark hair took over and was lovely and polite to deal with.

Beautiful place, have an outdoor pool and nice walking trail which was very much enjoyable.

Loads of birds, which make so loud noise early in the morning A bit confusing with the fob key, not quite clear where to tab

"Very enjoyable and relaxing stay."

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at cafe was good value and enjoyable. The facilities were good and the rooms were comfortable. The location was lovely. Communication with reservations was exceptional.

Although the room looked well presented and clean, under the beds looks like it had not been cleaned, there was a very thick layer of dust and some rubbish under the beds.
