"If you any other options like sleeping in your car. It would probably be more comfortable& cleaner"

The lady at check in was nice.

The bathroom was disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned. The floor was dirty. There was no hot water at night or in the morning. The shower had holes and bad fabrication work.. the mattress was horrible. I might as well have slept on the floor.. if no stars was a rating option that’s what they would be. Desk lady was polite.

No breakfast, coffee in morning only, bed was Hard as a Rock, not comfortable at all

Both light bulbs in the bedside lamps were burned out, it was a small room and the bathromm looks a liitle bit worn out.

Location

Ive stayed here for years with no issues. This time, Staff were not friendly at all, had problems with my keys, I had to move rooms due to AC stopped working, one bath towels in my new room seemed dirty(red stain) no one came to pick up my garbage nor give me new towels until I asked them to.Noisy in the middle of the night. 3 am got woken up my dog barking and other days people talking outside. This was probably my last time staying there.

"2 guys smoking cigarettes on the balcony, i wondered if they were scoping out vehicles in parking"

nothing

staff was rude, and would not let me read whatever notice i was supposed to know before i signed in. she said that she could not bring it up. then she hinted that i was holding up the line by asking for it. i wondered if she had a racial bias, in that she thought i could not read it anyways.
