Hotel was stunning. Very good location. Staff were amazing. As we cudn't get a taxi, the staff arranged a colleague to take us to the train station. Went above and beyond for us

Room and breakfast quality were fantastic as was the location. Pool was clean. Staff were so hardworking

The pool view of the lake was somewhat spoiled by the carpark beneath

Superb facility with amazing staff. We were welcomed and looked after from the moment we checked in and got fantastic support from Silvia at the reception who really went over and above to accommodate us and adjust our booking on the spot. The location, the hotel itself, and the roof top pool, were all amazing. I would certainly want to come back soon !
