- great location - single room for the two of us - nice terrace - not so many people

- difficult to reach staff - not cleaned regularly - fridge in our room was not working

Everything was very clean. The beds were well made for bunks. There were good-sized lockable storage cupboards.

The front desk was staffed only between 10 AM and 3 PM, not in the morning or evening when hostelers would be there. You couldn't ask questions. The shower heads were dual: on a metal cord that could be detached from a wall fixture. I tried three different showers, and the wall fixtures were broken in all of them. So the water pointed at the front wall or the cord dangled and the head was at knee level. There was no shelf or rack inside the shower. There was no towel hook within reaching distance of the shower. There was no hook at all. In the tiny rooms that just had toilets and a sink, the sink was too small. Your hands barely fit under the spigot. Some bathrooms had all three items: sink, toilet, and shower. Other rooms just had a toilet or just a shower.

I stayed there 2 years ago and wasn't disappointed to be back ! Really well located- close to the CBD and into a dynamic neighbourhood, but gives you a cosy inside to chill in if you wanna avoid the crowd. Got a rooftop aswell to hang out. Staff has always been friendly, helpful and reliable.

Close to city center and friendly staff. Flexible check in times.

Because of central location it was super loud. The parties outside were going until 5am. Not your usual night life, but multiple clubs booming as loud as they can not inside their premises but into the streets. Crazy. But if anybody likes to get into those parties, you have perfect location!

Comfortable and warm

Not enough space in the toilet and shower rooms otherwise showers were clean and tidy. A staff member kept switching off lights and unplugging the hot water jug in the kitchens. It seemed to happen early every morning after I went in to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee and any time when the jug was used and room lights were switched on. Seems he or she was didn't like what I did early every morning..or any time I did anything!

Very close to everything. No annoying sounds at night, you can rest well.
