Amazing location, just near the People's Park, friendly staff and nice rooms. Breakfast was also very good.

The manager was very efficient in handling the issue we surfaced with to the smell in the room. She took the initiative to come to the room and 2 housekeeping staff to see how she could rectify the issue immediately. The room is big and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

Not speaking in English is fine but I think it's important to have at least 1 English speaking staff during each shift so that it will be easier to communicate anything over the phone... Needing to go down each and every time because of communication breakdown was frustrating.
