Park Inn by Radisson, Wells

Mice scattering along the perimeter of the hotel. Shower shoes kinda bathroom, the entire bathroom was rolled and pitched toward the drain so you’re brushing your teeth in a shower essentially and the caulk hasn’t been refreshed for over a decade easily. Cig burns in the beds. Dirty dirty ew.

The 2 rooms they showed me had bugs all over the room and in the bathroom. The rooms were also filthy. When this was explained to the clerk, he replied that they didn't have anyone to clean the rooms that day. I can only assume that they were trying to rent out dirt rooms. I had to find other lodging which cost me a lot more as well as losing over an hour of much needed sleep. All I can say is yikes! I've never seen anything like it.

Were able to book a room online, was told at check in there were no rooms available. It was late night and had to drive another hour to the next available location for a room. The staff "Tony" was not polite or accommodating by any means even when asked if there were ANY rooms available. I had to make 4 phone calls to reach the manager with no resolution to my charges on my card.

Hostile man booking in customers. No tea/coffee on arrival. Had to wait till next morning. Lots of things not working properly. Needs to update.

A complete DUMP!! The ONLY reason to stay here is the price!! And I am not sure that is a good enough reason?!?!? The back of the motel looked like a car “chop shop”!! Gross place.

I didn't notice last night because I had a bad headache and needed to sleep. But this morning I noticed the floor not being swept, bug's and the shower was disgusting even bug's coming out of the wall. This has been the worst place I have been in. I have loved coming here, but won't come back, very disappointed.

This was the worst motel I have ever been to. The conditions were extremely bad. The room had blood on the walls and bathroom door. The window to the room had a huge crack. There were bugs crawling all over the room. There were cigarette burns in the blankets. I will never stay at a motel 6 again.

Dirty room , feel like that room is down for so many months when we walked in, we can see our footsteps in the dust, and bugs everywhere when we tell the front desk he said give us a 30 minute to clean the room come back after one and a half hour room still dirty as hell and they have a lot of bugs inside. Nothing has been cleaned.

So dirty and trashy! It was the only place that had a room, now I know why. Never again!

After having made a reservation online I was given keys to a room that was occupied. Then I was told there was no room and unable to stay at the hotel. There was also a large group having a party right outside the room that I was unable to stay in. The worst Hotel check in experience ever.
