Easy to find. Spacious room, clean beds, lovely staff. They had a lift!! Loved that!

The building in general is quite rundown…every floor board creaked when someone went to the toilet during the night or someone walked down the hallway outside. The shower was filthy! ( possibly just algae but not pleasant)! The bathroom was so small you had to sit on an angle on the toilet, and no room to dry or dress. (Bathroom door is a slider and didn’t quite fit. Rather disturbing when using the toilet! Very hot! And when we opened the window, very noisy. Not the hotels fault, but all part of that package. I wasn’t prepared for bunk beds! Probably said in the blurb, still……probably wouldn’t have booked if I had known that.

I didn't like the fact that we paid for something we did not get like... comfortable beds Clean room Clean bathroom Bathroom window cable tied shut Hair and dirt in the shower Broken toilet seat Bed was like a concrete block Bedroom door wasn't very secure You could here a mouse fart 2 rooms down Facilities not open when stated they would be

I liked that it wasn't too far from the town center.

We didn't like the constant noise and disturbance from the pigeons and seagulls near the window. We also disliked the low water pressure in the bathroom and the erratic heating system in the room.

I liked how seperate is it , you have your own bathroom

How the staff attitude There's no soundproofing in the walls; I can hear anyone walking around the hotel in the middle of the night.
