Hotel Jaguar Oporto - is Near the Metro has Free Parking and a Free Shuttle Service between the Airport and the Hotel from 7AM to 8PM

The staff was terrific. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, quiet, large and well equipped with a large bed and comfortable air-conditioning control. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants and interesting places to see nearby. The hotel has excellent shuttle service to and from the airport which was an excellent way to start and end our trip. We did not eat a meal at the restaurant, but we had dessert there and the staff was friendly and the dessert was delicious. There is also a very nice lobby and bar which we enjoyed a glass of Port both times we stayed there.

Located in the Bonfim district of Porto, a few minutes' walk from the Marquês metro stop, which provided me a direct and quick access to the historic city center, to the main train station and even across the river to Ribeira side. The hotel staff is empathetic and helpful from the first moment: At first I was given a room facing the street, but since I have difficulty sleeping, I indicated politely this at the reception and the guest relations manager recommended an excellent alternative in a very empathetic and professional manner. They gave me an excellent and quiet room, I could feel their expertise & understandig, this is an important experience when you arrive at the accommodation. During my six day stay there, all the hotel staff were very kind and polite with me and the other guests. The room amenities and cleaning quality were very good, it was a pleasure to enter the room. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler, but perhaps the restaurant could be a little bigger, more spacious, but I think the size of the the floor/building limits this. The staff was also very helpful and polite in the restaurant. The airport transfer option and its high quality of implementation of the service reminiscent of higher-class hotels, also deserve further positive mention.

This is an excellent property The attention to detail and the little extra touches e.g complimentary fruit etc. Big shout out to the staff especially Carolina at reception they make the difference.

The only slight negative is the walk up from the city centre 🤣 But the metro is close by if you want to avoid the hill

Wir haben die erste und die letzte Nacht unserer Portugalrundreise in diesem Hotel verbracht! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und sehr gut. Da wir einen Mietwagen vom Flughafen Porto hatten, war der abgeschlossene Parkplatz gegenüber vom Hotel für uns sehr praktisch. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Nähe konnten wir sehr schnell zu jedem Ziel in Porto gelangen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Fijn dat je kosteloos tegenover het hotel kon parkeren met de auto. Dit moet je van te voren wel even aangeven. Prima ontbijt.

De kamer was prima al was deze iets aan de kleine kant. Het was groot genoeg.
