Die Zimmer waren ok und alles sauber

Leider kennen die Angestellten ihre Zimmer nicht und man konnte uns nicht sagen welches der Zimmer welches ist. Das Essen war passabel an 2/3 Tagen. Leider war das erste Essen nicht sehr gut aber die anderen beiden schon. Bei den Nachspeisen wurde sehr viel Rumaroma hergenommen was bei einem Essen für Kinder absolut nicht geht, welches gänzlich ohne sein soll und das bei einem Familien Hotel. Die Salatauswahl war sehr gering. Bei dem Frühstück fehlt etwas Auswahl, zb Kakao, ein Ei oder frische Backwaren, diese waren zb bei der Abreise schon trocken. Desweiteren ist es absolut nicht Barriere frei, kein Lift und keine Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Kein Aufenthaltsraum und das Restaurant macht um 20 Uhr zu, wir durften zwar noch bleiben und eine Karaffe Wasser aber dann gibt es nichts mehr. Ich würde es für den Preis nicht noch mal buchen

Very spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice shower. Tasty and fresh food for breakfast and dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful, always trying to make the stay pleasant.

No toiletries (shower gel or shampoo) in the rooms, only hand soap. There is no lobby or common room to sit around with friends when the restaurant is not open.

It was very welcoming and nice. Wonderful area and views. A lot of space for a good price

Overall good hotel, friendly staff, double room were good

We were there for F1, and for that it is very remote, and close to nothing. But I suppose it’s a ski hotel, and for that it is probably very good

Location is perfect for ski/snowboard, you literally stay on the slopes

The room temperature was a bit too warm for us (we used to sleep in 19-20 C)

Apartment was ok, food also ok, great location ... but all that destroyed by unpleasant experience at the end....

We recommend you check the receipts (for drinks at dinner) you are signing. We stayed three nights, 4 people, and for the first and the third day they charged us two more drinks (we found it out only the last day). Then the manager apologized and gave us back the difference.
