Rafael Kaiser - Apartment Cityflow

Appartement was schoon en alles wat nodig was was er. Bij vragen was Rafael goed bereikbaar. We zijn heel tevreden

The apartment was really neat and clean, the beds were comfortable and there was almost all cooking equipment in the kitchen for the stay, overall it was a really great place to stay cook and it was quite near to the city centre as well.

Everything was great and well but the kitchen tap seemed to be dripping for some reason, just that one issue rest was all amazing.

Very cozy and fit for living. Kitchen had everything needed (cutlery, utensils, pots, fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, teapot, coffee machine, and even dishwasher) Quite calm area, reasonably close to all places of interest

I couldn't find the button to open the building doors the first time - one has to spot the inconspicuous logo of Rafael Kaiser on the long list of buttons (luckily, I could call the phone number, and they responded immediately, although it was late in the evening) The heating unit is a bit difficult to control. It would be awesome to have some very basic stuff in the kitchen like salt, pepper, cooking oil Also, more electricity outlets would be welcome in the kitchen area: I had to move the (heavy) microwave from top of the fridge to a different place in order to use it, because there was no outlet nearby

Good location. Easy self check in.

Old and smelly vegetables in the fridge.

es gibt gute einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ist sehr ruhig in der nacht, hat eine erstklassige infrastruktur. zu fuss und mit öv ist man schnell im zentrum

Great apartment which was well presented. We enjoyed walking around Graz from here and cooking our dinners in the well appointed kitchen. The washing machine was a bonus to catch up on washing our clothes.

No air conditioning or fan
