Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Obok bloku jest "Montownia" - hala z jedzeniem i piciem, która jest czynna od rana do wieczora. Bardzo duży plus. Żabka za rogiem, a do dworca kilka minut spacerkiem. 17 piętro daje cudne widoki.

Spłuczka czasem się zacina, przez co cały czas leci woda. Prysznic trochę przecieka, więc po kąpieli trzeba wytrzeć podłogę. Sporo kurzu, chociaż ogólnie w miarę czysto.

"Wszystko na 10!"

Super mieszkanko w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko dworca i centrum miasta, obok świetny food market, jest i żabka. a jednoczesnie cicho i spokojnie. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko czego trzeba, a nawet więcej. Doskonały kontakt z firmą Grand Apartmenta. Na pewno będę rezerwować w przyszłości. Daję zaslużone 10!

"na plus tylko lokalizacja"

na plus lokalizacja

niestety nie polecam - apartament był brudny, podłogi nie umyte, kuchenka się kleiła. Pod prysznicem były włosy, z łazienki wydobywał się zapach pleśni. Dodatkowo zlew w łazience był zapchany. Mieszkanie bardzo duszne, czuć mocne zmęczenie wynajmem. W pokoju nie działał dekoder przy telewizorze, pilot do garażu był uszkodzony - aby wyjechać / wjechać, trzeba było schodzić do garażu i ręcznie uruchamiać bramę. Dzwoniliśmy w tej sprawie do administracji, konserwator jednak finalnie nie naprawił pilota.
