Location

Unclean room with cockroach, dirty water for shower for 2 out of 3 booked rooms, slow response of the staff for the dirty water complains, then change room with broken window.

"Nicest place in cilacap "

Everyone has been very accommodating. The buffet food nights have been great and the steak house is decent. Room is nice and pleasant. Only glitch is being near lift service and near meeting room which has made it noisy at times. Overall has been good. Recommend 😊

Nice staffs, good location

The hotel AC is horrible, the gym is not working, we had some period of dirty water, the pillows are too big

"The First Smart Hotel in Cilacap and luxury hotel"

hotel with modern facilities and the first smart hotel in Cilacap, highly recommend staying here, good food and lots of variety, you can see the sunset and sunrise from the swimming pool on the rooftop, as well as a large parking area, There is kids swimming pool, gelato and coffee shop and google nest in all room type, so you have an assistast in the room (Google Assistant) its connect with smart android tv and call to resepsionist
