Friendly helpful staff, good location, lots in walking distance. Room had a bath but no plug, we made one out of a plastic bag.

So loud from clubs nearby from around 7pm till 4am. Don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper

Location and staff is ok.

Everything is extremely old and horrible. I never seen such a horrible rooms for 5 years of non-stop travel.

Centrally located near Kuta Beach. Nice pool but no sitting area.

We booked 2 rooms. One was exactly like the picture and amazing. The other was not the same room that we booked and it was not very good. They also charged us full price for the second room even though we received a downgrade. The restaurant was not open which was a disappointment, but there were many other restaurants nearby. Physical location was nice, but there are 2 bars across the street that play very loud music until 3am, which we could hear from our room. Also, outside the downgraded room, there was a man who seemed to be there at all hours of the day, shirtless, with 2 kids running around, while he constantly smoked cigarettes in a confined space. Very unpleasant.
