"Not satisfactory in anyway would not recommend a thing about this place"

Smashed glass all over floor outside, beds slept in with no clean bedding ie not serviced!!!! toilets' found dirty and do not flush properly, carpets dirty stained and with large holes in, asked for help to get clean bedding just got ignored and no contact provided to resolve.

"Super base for Stockton Park event weekend"

Great location for Stockton Park where we attended the Vintage Nostalgia Festival. Home had plenty of room with a super kitchen and lovely dining room as well as a comfy sitting room to relax in. Will be back next year.

En suite bathroom showers a little small but main bathroom more than adequate.

the only thing I would comment on is the little step up from the kitchen. It got me every time on leaving the kitchen

Excellent accomodation. Clean, spacious and comfortable

One critique. We arrived late at night and very dark, with poor signage. A small sign at the back gate and there is no light on the inside of the back guarden is my only minor critique. If you are staying bring a little lamp torch to help you. Other than that spot in.
