Very convenient for Rye. Lovely cottage and nicely decorated and well equipped. Great pub right next door!

Garden is overgrown and needs clearing. Garden steps very slippery.

Good location, parking at the property, nice layout inside, walking distance to the town. Lovely pub next door with great food and drinks.

Very comfortable house. Nicely decorated. Good communication. Nextdoor pub is very nice for a bite or a drink. Walking distance from Rye, which is a very nice little town.

Next door is a pub with a big ventilator which makes a little zooming noise al day (or something like that? I think like an extractor for the kitchen). It didn't bother us too much, but you can hear it. Other then that no nuisance from the pub.

Excellent location. Immaculate inside. Very comfortable and well appointed. Good to have parking and an outside space as weather was amazing.

Outside space could do with some care and attention as it did not match the high standard of the inside of the property. A general brush up around the house and repainting of the outside table and clean down of chairs was all that was needed.

A short walk into town, a lovely clean and airy property. Modern and well maintained.

Right next to a pub so very bright lights going off late into the night. Could potentially do with different blinds to prove more privacy as well as blackout.

Lovely, comfortable house with all amenities. Walking distance to town centre. Great host.

The house should perhaps have blinds /curtains downstairs for privacy. Everything else was perfect.
