Feaces all over the garden and cobwebs everywhere suggested it had been left a while

Good location- quiet. Clean. Good size rooms and comfortable beds.

Unfortunately, communication from the owners was extremely poor! Tried to call numerous times a couple of days before our arrival and it kept going straight to answer phone. The day we arrived was very stressful as no one had made contact to give us a pin for the drop box. We were due to check in at 4 and arrived at 5. We still had not been contacted and no one returned our call. We knocked the neighbours door to see if they knew how to contact you and they said they think you were on holiday. It wasnt until 5.20 that we received a whatsapp saying " hello- we understand you're having an issue checking in". Of course we were as you had given us no information, but made sure you sent numerous email's for a deposit! Really disappointing and just left a bad taste in our mouth before our trip had even begun! For this reason, we would not use you again !

Loved how clean it was, was very comfortable. Fantastic location. Apart from washing machine it had everything you needed. Lovely warm cosy home, a home away from home ❤️

Was a shame we didn't have access to a washing machine, as we were there for 3 weeks, but must have been a reason why as they catered for everything else. We were lucky we had family to go to, but would have liked to have done my own. But hey it's not the end of the world 😊

Lovely clean property with enough space for 2 cars on the drive. Good location for a range of supermarkets and other shops. There were a few things missing from the kitchen such as a jug and baking trays and no washing machine but otherwise had what we needed. The only downfall was the garden, there's no garden furniture and it could do with a tidy up but that wasn't an issue for us.

The house was immaculate as described, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Quiet estate so no trouble with noise at all. Easy check in/out.

It’s not a major issue but the garden was really overgrown, which is a shame as it was lovely weather so would have been nice to sit out in the morning with a cup of tea or a drink in the afternoon. Due to the weather as well, the bedrooms were really warm (can’t be helped) so some fans would have come in handy. But appreciate the weather isn’t something that can be controlled and we still had a great stay.

Well appointed kitchen, comfortable seating to watch tv, good wifi, restful bedrooms, quiet location, off road parking, close to places to eat, or shops.

Everything was great inside. The garden has not been tended to, but that really did not affect our visit, just let down the otherwise immaculate house.

Garden was awful. Full of weeds and a lobsided telescopic washing line! No garden furniture to sit outside which we could have used whilst we were there. Grater in cupboard not washed as had garlic stuck in it.
