Property Notes

Our Hotel, at the heart of the buzzy center of Leamington Spa, are above the picturesque Terrace Restaurant and Bar on the ground floor of Victoria Colonnade. This means that our guests can enjoy all-day dining on site, from morning coffee and cakes, through to gourmet dinners and evening drinks. At weekends, the Terrace Bar is a popular venue for live music, mostly mellow acoustic sounds and jazz, so we like our guests to be aware that there may be some music audible from their rooms until just after midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, however this has not proved to be a problem. The open-air section of the restaurant on the terrace beside the river closes at midnight but the Terrace Bar continues serving drinks until 2am. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great central location, excellent value, superb night's sleep"

Bed was extremely comfortable, linen was very high quality and spotless. Great central location. Gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful.

Make sure to bring earplugs.... not the fault of the hotel but an event going on nearby meant thudding bass kept me awake until about 2.30am.

It was centrally located. The bar staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

It was generally shabby and the room and external areas need to be deep cleaned. There was a pile of construction rubbish in the walkway to get to the door to the accommodation. There was no bathmat or hand towel in the room. There was no milk or milk type product in the room to have with the tea and coffee provided. Although it is written in the details of this accomodation, the loud music does go on until 2am and it is very loud and makes it very difficult to sleep.

"Apart from the lack of hearings on arrival on a very cold night, and apart from having to walk through a dirty alleyway"

Good size and clean.

No heating until we arrived. It took a long time for the room to warm up. Very uncomfortable.
