Warm welcome and friendly staff. Very attentive. Lovely Afternoon Tea...cocktails early evening. 2 Bedroom Apartment, nice surprise.. New spacious well equipped. Area good location opposite the park and river.

The only negative comment. Hotel next door to bar playing music till 2am.

Very convenient location and view from the window over the river.

First time in my life I got an intruder in my room. Close to midnight when I was sleeping smb open the door to the room. It was not a wrongdoer. This person closed the door immediately upon seeing me. All I could hear were voices and footsteps on the stairs. Since the door has a numeric lock, I reasoned that either someone knew my door code or multiple rooms shared the same code. In either case, this speaks volumes about the professionalism of both the hotel management company and the hotel staff.

Location, service and cleanliness.

TV didn't work, ironing board was broken and heating not on in readiness for my stay (winter time).

Great price and great room for convenience.

No noise insulation so could hear everything they were saying next door to us.
