The approximately to the mall Kitchen was well equipped

The apartment is old, not well maintained, bathrooms smells bad and all windows frame leaks water during heavy rain storm, The host offered some other apartments which were either not available or not suitable but they did not accept to compensate us with a better one which can be slightly higher that the amount I paid Really disappointed

Location was great, security staff were excellent., the apartment was great and all the appliances were good, although it would help to have the operating instructions for the gas braai.

The weather. (Joking) We had to ask 3 times for a second key which was a bit annoying. We also asked if it was child friendly (18 month baby) and was informed it was, however the stairs were a bit of a challenge

The apartment is spacious and has most amenities. Comfortable throughout, perfect for families with kids.

Some instructions were ambiguous, please provide more clarity, keep things simple... even things such as connecting to wifi was made to be complex. The stay is advertised as having complimentary canoe/kayaking rides, this was also rather complex to organize... Don't entice is with amenities which are not really attainable because we *will* want them. The unit really can be cleaned daily for the price charged.
