Alexandra, the manager of the hotel is lovely, as is her staff. She went out of her way to help us park nearby, stopping a line of traffic for us and loaning us euros to pay the meter. She also provided us with very useful information that made our trip to Sintra all the more enjoyable. Our room was gorgeous, overlooking the palace. Breakfast was great as well.

There is nothing we didn't like.

The location, view, access to the palaces, etc., buses, and everything were amazing. The hotel was spotless, new, and covered in marble, yet very comfortable and cozy in the room. Breakfast is amazing.

The woman at the desk (not the whole staff) was miserable. When we buzzed in when we arrived, she looked at us like we just woke her from a deep sleep. She never smiled, and anything we asked seemed like a bother. I went to the desk to ask a question, and she ignored me while talking on a personal call. I would 100% stay here again, just be prepared....
