Recepcionistas péssimos, perdidos, com má vontade em atender, não sabiam responder perguntas básicas do hotel, como serviço de lavanderia, solicitei um ferro, o recepcionista só faltou mandar eu ir com a roupa amassada para o casamento que tínhamos… pareciam adolescentes que estavam atendendo hóspedes obrigados pelos pais… nível péssimo, principalmente o do turno da manhã e noite. Quarto torto, arquitetura estranhíssima, banheiro em formato de triângulo, dificultava bastante a movimentação e box não fechava direito, água para todo lado, porta do banheiro de puxar por trilho, ficava batendo, fazendo barulho!!

Os funcionários da recepção são sempre muito atenciosos e queridos com a gente

Acho que a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, poderia ser melhorada, são detalhes pequenos que podem melhorar a limpeza, principalmente o banheiro (pia e vaso)

Funcionários super atenciosos. Comida muito boa. Quartos limpos. Ótimo café da manhã.

Estacionamento um pouco acanhado para manobrar uma suv grande. Se não entrar na vaga de ré e tiver um caro estacionado ao lado, fica difícil sair. Fora isso, tudo ótimo.
