Location was great, privacy was good .

Dog urine on the carpets , beds uncomfortable and broken . Inadequate seating for 3 people . Bed settee very uncomfortable. Bad smell in the accommodation

I would say this place is tired. It was ok, but only ok. The bedding for the two beds in the bedroom was clean, but the bedding for the sofa bed was questionable. When we pulled the sofa bed out the mattress was covered in animal hair. The extractor fan in the bathroom sounds like a helicopter taking off (literally) so turning the lights on in the bathroom if someone is asleep is a no. There is barely any sound insulation between the bedroom and the flat above. Which was terrible for us as the flat above decided to come home at 0400 in the morning on a Sunday morning and dance around. The window in the bedroom is single glazed so anything happening outside is very audible. Parking is just non existent so don’t even bother. The bathroom floor is heavily stained. This place isn’t awful. But it isn’t nice. Would I stay again - absolutely not. For what we paid for two nights I wish I’d of booked a nice hotel on the beach front, I just wanted amenities and a kitchen, so sought after something else. Sort of regret that now. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I have to be honest.

Not worth the price compared to others in the same location. Bathroom floor has a permanent stain on it, toilet seat needs to be replaced - has hardcoded stains from many guests before us, garden needs to be manicured or at the very least, cleaned to look like pictures. For the price, I would’ve expected some milk, shampoo/soap, basic essentials that you see offered at other cottages in the area.

The living room is not very well equipped for sleeping, especially for children. There are lots of windows and a door to the garden. The blinds barely filter any light and the door has no blinds/curtains at all, plus if faces to the East- super bright in the early hours of the morning

The location was great for the town and beach. The staff were very helpful and efficient when we had an issue with a door lock. The property was well equipped for cooking etc.

The sofa bed mattress was particularly uncomfortable. Also, there is a broken piece of guttering at the back, which meant water dripped on the flat roof all night as it was raining. We found some rubbish under the sofa bed, which should have been cleaned properly.
