GBAn absolute gem of an apartment, do not be put off when you get there, when you see the adjoining street. The inside smelled lovely, our apartment was spotless. Great amenities, cups, mugs, cutlery etc.. Due to the heat wave, we were pleased to see there were fans. We were really pleased with it. Definitely 10/10
Nothing, the price was a bit steep.. but that was due to demand in Cardiff on the day. Communication was good, clear instructions etc.. The one and only downside was my request for a free cancellation, due to 2 people dropping out was ignored.

The location of the property seemed to be in a bit of a rough area with lots of homeless people outside on the street, which isn’t ideal. Also the bed in one of the rooms was not particularly comfortable, it had a dip in the middle and sleep wasn’t great because of this.
GBGood location, so close to the local Tesco Express and just a short walk in to the city. Great shower and lovely soaps/hand creams. Light and airy and clean apartment.
It wasn't too comfortable for an evening in watching the telly, which was how we chose to spend the Friday night. The sofa was a squash for three of us (and there were four).

GBEverything. So easy to check in due to key codes and key boxes, which was also great for a party of 4 that were arriving at different times. The property is beautifully furnished, ample space and light, everything you may need for a weekend away. Great location - 10 minutes walk into city centre. The host was so friendly, polite and helpful, great at communicating check ins.

CYMost kitchenware stuff were provided. Decent decoration - although not as shown in the pictures, lacking plants etc to add colour. Our experience wasn’t great unfortunately. I did appreciate the Croatian agent (sorry missing the name). He was very responsive when trying to contact him and apologised for what had happened and tried to help - I did think that he was sincere. The place itself has potential to be cozy and amazing.
Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment didn’t meet expectations. We arrived in Cardiff during a heatwave and, while the property didn’t list air conditioning, we felt the challenge we faced should have been anticipated, especially considering the apartment is on the 4th floor which obviously becomes extremely hot. We paid over £800 for 3 nights, and the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in due to how unbearably warm it was. No fans or air coolers were provided. I contacted the agent right away and, while he was responsive and promised to send someone with fans, only a single small desk fan was delivered later that day — for a two-bedroom apartment housing four adults. The excuse we were given was that the stores had ran out of these appliances (and other fans would be brought to us the day after), but we strongly feel these should have been available in the apartment to begin with. I even offered to order fans myself (the only ones I could find for same-day delivery) and asked to be reimbursed, but the owner declined due to their price. At that point, we seriously considered leaving early, which I communicated, but of course, that would have meant losing our payment. We barely slept the first night. On the second day, two more fans were indeed delivered (likely from the owner’s own home), which did help somewhat, but I guess our experience had already been ruined. Beyond the heat issue, several other things contributed to an overall disappointing stay. Only one roll of toilet paper was left for four guests over three nights. The agent explained where to get more from when i asked him, but this really should have been provided. The bathroom door had no handle (?!), which compromised privacy and basic function. The living room light barely worked, and there were peeling walls throughout — hopefully not due to mould.
