Phone reception not too good inside Some sofa beds not as comfy but manageable

The location. The kitchen on to the balcony was a great space to continue the party with a lovely view!

Just had my hen weekend here and it was everything we wanted and more, just perfect. Couldn’t get anymore central to the centre of Chester, easy to find with directions and all info sent over email, really clean and tidy and the decor is very modern absolutely loved it. Anytime I called and spoke to someone from outlooks accommodation they were super friendly and really accommodating for arrival times.

Nothing I didn’t like but we were a group of 18 and the biggest communal room is on the top floor - there’s 4 flights of stairs so if you’re unfit it’s not easy but we were all fine! (There’s a toilet up there)

Everything!!! We hired the full property and each individual apartment was open throughout. The facilities are great, the decor is beautiful. The location couldn’t be better - literally on the Main Street in Chester.

Lots and lots of stairs - but that can’t be helped considering you’re on the main street and the property is so nice and spacious. You also can’t park directly at the property, which is tricky when you’re bringing a lot of stuff.
