The hotel has only two benefits: its location and the view

All other aspects are unsatisfactory: the room is uncomfortable, the air conditioning barely functions, the light switches are difficult to operate, the breakfast is unappetizing, and there is no water and snacks available in the lobby bar

Close to all attractions, lovely building and spacious rooms

No control for air con so sometimes it’s was not cool enough

El hotel es excelente con muy buen desayuno y sobre todo muy céntrico. Un detalle la degustacion de vino de Porto.

Lovely comfortable beds with the best bed linen. Lovely quiet aircon in room. Is a must have for sleeping on hot nights. Lovely shower.

They supplied a kettle in room. But never filled the coffee, or tea or milk. So did'nt use it. I could'nt go out and buy my own as only had hand luggage for a few nights. Breakfast was'nt that good for the price so only went once. Plenty of places to buy a nicer breakfast nearby.

Hotel in palazzo storico molto bello, pulito e comodo per visitare a piedi la città. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Troppo rumore di ventole e condizionatori dalla finestra (,per chi, come me, ama dormire con la finestra aperta)

Konumu ve tesisin merkezi olmasına rağmen sessiz sakin olması güzeldi. Çalışanlar güzel bir ekip çalışması ile misafirlerine iyi hizmet verdiler. Hepsine teşekkür ederiz.

Kahvaltıda verdikleri meyve sularına koydukları buzlar çok fazla olduğu İçin lezzeti hiç yoktu.

Unser Zimmerfenster war direkt neben dem Ausgang der Klimaanlage. Es brummte sehr laut. So laut, dass man nicht das Fenster öffnen konnte- von der Luft ganz zu schweigen. Dieses Zimmer hätte nicht als bessere Zimmerkategorie vergeben werden dürfen !!! Angeblich war die Klimaanlage gerade erst kaputt gegangen und deshalb so laut. Eine bessere Alternative konnte nicht angeboten werden - das Personal war freundlich bemüht.
