"Clean decent flat"

Very nice neighborhood, immaculate flat, very clean, comfortable bed. Good restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk.

This particular flat has 3 bedrooms, all facing a busy road, you can hear the traffic sometimes. There are other flats in the building facing the other way.

"Noisy place and not that clean"

The place is so noisy all night long and we found hair in the sheets + the shower curtain was dirty
