Modern Suites in NDG

The property is in a great location, well surrounded by eateries. There's also a bus stop right out front, making commute to the city/downtown very easy. The rooms were spacious, and overall a great place for a family visit.

There were a few things that needed to be repaired or looked into. We had to contact the host, and the host was prompt in fixing them. However, the AC didn't seem to work as expected, potentially because the living room is huge and lacks curtains. So, it can get quite hot on a hot and sunny day. Fortunately, we didn't have too many hot days while we were there and it rained a couple of days, so we mostly had a comfortable stay.

Great location and the place was very clean.

The suite was huge and so lovely! The bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was amazing. We loved that there was a bus stops just outside the building that we could connect even with the metro.

The main room smelled as if someone had smoked there. It was intense. Also, the heating didn't reach that room and some nights were freezing cold.

The apartment was spacious and located in a relatively convenient area of NDG, which made getting around fairly easy.

The apartment was not clean. We found blood drops on the bed sheets and stained couches, which made the stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. The overall hygiene and maintenance were far below expectations.
