Communications with the property manager were OUTSTANDING. Samantha was prompt in her responses to all our questions, before, during, and after our stay. The door codes were easy to use. We parked in the underground garage over at ITHQ on Saint Denis, no more than an 8-10 minute walk away, and it worked out great. You can get the metro and bus there as well, very convenient. The apartment is cozy but doesn't feel cramped or tiny. One bathroom was a bit challenging for my wife and I and three 19-year old boys, but we managed just fine, especially since the fellows were out til all hours of the night enjoying Montreal's nightlife. The location is fantastic - an excellent grocery store directly across the street with a TD Bank ATM (never use a random non-bank ATM!), SAQ liquor store next door, BIXI bikes right there, banks a couple blocks away if needed, and the apartment's location on Boulevard Ste-Laurent, party central on weekend nights and close to dozens of great restaurants and cafes, simply can't be beat. This place really gives you the experience of living on the Plateau. I found the bed in master bedroom extremely comfortable, and slept very well despite the street noise til very late. The apartment was a lot quieter than I thought it would be given its location. The kitchen was well-stocked with bowls, plates, glasses, flatware, etc, and while we didn't cook anything, we did eat breakfast, enjoy some wine and cheese, and made heavy use of the refrigerator. And I really liked the Simpsons decor!

The AC works well, but there's only a single head unit and it's in the living room/kitchen area. We happened to be there there on a VERY hot weekend in August, admittedly, but the bedrooms got uncomfortably warm if the door was closed. There were plenty of fans we used to blow the colder air into the room all day, but the effect didn't work with the door closed. However, I think if the weekend wasn't so unusually hot, it probably would have been fine, and for most of the year it wouldn't be an issue. This would be a great place for a fall stay, in September/October, when the weather's slightly cooler but the nightlife is still hopping on the streets. The bunkbeds in the third bedroom are definitely for children; we had three 19 year old boys traveling with us, and one wound up sleeping on the futon couch because the bunkbeds were too rickety for two big guys. Again, fine for smaller children, our boys were just too big and heavy for the bunks.

Le logement était nickel, très propre et joliment décoré sur le thème des Simpson, ce qui donne un vrai charme ! Tout le nécessaire était présent pour cuisiner, avec en plus des serviettes fournies et le lit déjà fait à notre arrivée. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, ce qui a été très apprécié avec la chaleur qu’il faisait durant notre séjour. La localisation est idéale : juste en face d’un market ouvert 24/24 (ça change de la France 😂), avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le quartier est plus animé le week-end grâce aux boîtes de nuit proches, mais rien de vraiment dérangeant pour le sommeil. Le métro est accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied, et il y a une station de bus à deux pas. Vraiment, je recommande ce logement et je pense revenir. Le Canada est si vaste qu’il est difficile de tout découvrir en seulement deux semaines ! 🇨🇦

I had the best time staying at this property! The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. There was plenty of street parking available, which made it super convenient to park my car. The property itself was spotless, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be staying at this property again in the future—highly recommend it! 🌟

I had a short trip to Montreal, and honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was that I wasn’t here long enough! This property exceeded all my expectations—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Next time I’m back in Montreal, I plan on staying here longer because I feel like there’s so much more in the area I want to explore. Highly recommend this place!
