Cheerful and Modern

I booked a last minute stay with Cheerful and Modern, due to a cancelled flight, and I was pleasantly surprised with the property. Super clean and TONS of space, the host was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Well-maintained bathroom and a quiet atmosphere. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and soundproof, ensuring a relaxing stay. Conveniently located near amenities, with friendly staff and excellent service. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers looking for a peaceful yet well-connected stay. Highly recommended!

Check in was stress free and convenient.

Overall, the property was very nice and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, and living room. Additionally, the owner was quick to respond. There are a few downsides, though. A major one is that the listing on Expedia does not tell you that you share the living space and kitchenette with others. Luckily for me, nobody else was in the room across from mine. Outside the building was very icy due to a rain drain running directly over the walkway. I was in the basement portion of the property, which was quite cold, especially at night.
