Room is very clean and modern. Very quiet. I didn't use the kitchen but it was very clean and well equipped. Host was very responsive and communication was good. I liked the neighboorhood, very quiet but with all you need: PA supermarket just in front, nice street with cafes just at the corner. Metro station is maybe 20 minutes away, not too far and through nice streets.

Great location.. lovely clean small place. Loved having the washing machine and dryer.

The fridge in the room was rather noisy. I am a sensitive sleeper 🙃

Great location if you want to be in mile-end or the plateau area. Unit was clean and is equipped with a fully functional kitchen (altho small). The shower is of good size despite the tiny bathroom. Streaming services are available on tv, and are not limited to Netflix.

AC unit on the wall was not working, it was a very hot day in Montreal and it was 28 degrees in the flat when I arrived. A portable AC was installed in the window but was not running when I arrived, it would have been nice to start it before check-in to maintain a more comfortable temperature in the studio. The portable unit did do an okay job at lowering the temperature up 24 degrees but it was very loud even on the lowest setting; it was impossible to watch TV at a decent volume or get some sleep while running so I had to turn it off for the night and accept the warmth. The fridge was also quite loud on and off, which would normally not be an issue but since it's only a few feet from the bed, it can be bothering while watching tv or trying to get some sleep.

Excellent service easy check in very quiet It was perfect for me as I arrived from Australia and needed a couple of recoup day before commencing my business part of the trip

Unfortunately, no hot water on arrival, but the problem was resolved by the evening, and they allowed me to shower in the vacant next door unit. Other slight problem no lift 3 set of very steep stairs.

Location was very good - next to shops, restaurants and cafes.

A bit far from metro station. The building itself looked rather shady. It was cold - the window could not be properly closed. The walls were very thin - we could hear neighbours talking. The extra door in the kitchen were also not well isolated. The washbasin in the bathroom was too small and the glass shelf not practical. The smell of the bathroom was very chemical.
