M11 The LEGO Suite 2BRSofaBed in Prime Location

Great location on the Plateau de Mont-Royal. Walking distance to downtown and the Mont Royal. Lots of food places nearby. Room layout great for a family of 4. Pretty cool interior decoration with the Lego theme!

If you prefer a quiet place this may not be the best choice. The Blvd Saint Laurent is very busy - traffic and people wise. Also parking is really tricky, as the nearby garage parking is only open during daytime and closed on weekends. And the police is VERY diligent in writing tickets (91 CAD per ticket).

Location was a buzzing part of town, lots to see and do, easy to walk to Mt Royal or Old Montreal.Street Art was fantastic , you can see Leonard Cohen from the window. Apartment was interestingly decorated with Lego, quite quirky. Comfy beds.

Kitchen was a bit basic, eg no sharp knife set or can opener. Noisy at night, especially on the weekend but that is too be expected on a busy street.

Location

The mattress of bulk bed is too soft. I hurt my back after sleeping. There is no escalator.

No AC in bedrooms

Spacious appartement, close to Mile End and City center, short walk from Schwartz delicatessen and many great restaurants. Supermarket across the street. Huge tv if you like watching Netflix or so.

Can be a bit noisy at night as of the club across the street

I love the location of the property, it is conveniently located to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and major transportation. Within walking distance to McGill University about 20-30 minutes, Saint Catherine 15-20minutes, and many more.

Unit 305 is located on the third floor, but no elevator. So, we have to hand carried our 7 pieces of luggage all the way up the stairs, that was a bit too much. The apartment is conveniently located, so you can pretty much find food and taxi any time of the day. A lot of cafes and pubs around the neighborhood, therefore noise is inevitable!

Very centrally located, it seems to be in the middle of everything but not walking distance other than to Little Italy. Unit is spacious and the bed and pillows VERY comfortable! Property management are very responsive and helpful specially on parking which was very impt to us. Very quiet at night even if it was on busy street. Many restaurants around.

Nothing about the unit. On property, unfortunately no elevators and we were on 3rd floor unit. On street, the garadge trucks in the morning can be abit loud as they woke me each morning. Very Bohemian atmosphere in area , not sure if thats good or bad just depends on renter’s personality. All not the fault of property just the area.
