Naomi and the other front desk staff always welcomed us with a big smile. They were kind and helpful when we asked. The staff should be commended on their warmth and professionalism. The pools are great and meticulously maintained. The grounds are beautiful and feel very tropical.

The beds are too hard and my entire family struggled to sleep due to this. We were first put in a room that was high up and had a terrible view of the hotels storage and parking yard. Thankfully after we spoke to Naomi, she had us moved to a room that had a much nicer outlook. This was our second time at Ahoy and we noticed a considerable difference in the way the hotel is being managed - it felt like the owners are trying to cut costs. Just small things - but over 7 days - it was noticeable. Getting food delivered to the hotel is frowned upon - but there’s only so much room service one can get before you need some variety - and sometimes you don’t want to go out for dinner. We had to constantly ask for pool towels. These used to be readily available by the pool. The cost of the portacot for my son was charged at a very high rate per night. After I spoke to the hotel they did reduce the rate slightly, but it was still quite high. We qualified for a complimentary dinner due to staying 7 nights, but trying to book it was a nightmare and almost felt like a fight about the number of people they were catering for and when I asked for food to have no chilli for the 5 children in our party, they made it difficult. It all became too hard, so we opted for the free transfer to the airport instead. The owners are constantly watching the staff and having meetings with them and you can see how uneasy they all are. The vibe has changed and not for the good. Such a shame because they had more wonderful staff last time, and most appear to have left and I wouldn’t be surprised is it was due to management changes.

This was beautiful hotel, our family of 5 loved staying here. The buffet breakfast and the pool won our kids over. The rooms and surrounding gardens were beautiful, staff were always friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here.

The only thing we can find fault in, we found it a bit far out of town for us to walk into town. The roads were very busy to ride with young kids.

Thoughtfully designed and stylish rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillows. All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Loved to shuttle to the beach and town. Had a great time using the hotel bikes. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Resort & Spa. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, comfortable and clean rooms, a nice pool area, and a well-maintained spa. The location is about a 20-minute walk to Hoi An Old Town, which is absolutely worth visiting – the city has a unique atmosphere and charm you shouldn’t miss. You can also walk to the beach, which is a big advantage. At the same time, it’s close enough to Da Nang and Ba Na Hills for easy day trips. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Everything! This place is so beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, short bike ride to the beach or to the old town and they also have a shuttle bus which is great. The room was so spacious and luxurious. The breakfast was really good. The place was really clean. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The bed base was a bit squeaky—whenever you got out of bed, it made noise. The fact that you can't bring your own food from outside. I guess it's the accommodation policy.

tranquil setting and an easy 10/15 minute Grab ride into central Hoi An. Our room was very spacious, lots of storage space, clean and had an indoor shower too. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Free bikes for you to cycle round the paddy fields which are on the door step. Use of nearby Turf & Surf restaurant on the beach: you are provided with free beach towels and use of the loungers – great service and delicious food too. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel.
