Very comfortable and clean with friendly, professional staff. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute and we wished we could have stayed longer.

El tamaño ideal para una familia de 4 personas. Todas las comodidades que se pueden pedir para una estancia de este tipo. El apartamento y el edificio muy nuevos y la ubicación buenísima. Muy cerca del centro y en los alrededores puedes encontrar restaurantes, supermercados, parking, transporte público y hasta una de las mejores heladerías de Lisboa. Ni un ruido para dormir. Me ha parecido excepcional.

Pues por poner algo el baño tiene una ducha con muy buen tamaño pero el espacio de lavabo es pequeñito. Y pondría almohadas más duras, pero eso es para gustos.

The staff was excellent: Fernando - guard on duty when we arrived. Our arrival was delayed due to a flight cancellation. Fernando was so gracious and helpful letting us in the building and the apartment, and giving us a rundown of the amenities. He was a pleasure throughout our 7+ day stay. Helena & Margarida - communicated throughout our stay and they were so responsive to any question/concern I may have had. Apartment was clean, safe, and the location was excellent. There is certainly enough closet/drawer space. Neighborhood was safe, and a supermarket, restaurants, etc. were all within a short walk. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thank you to you all!!

The floor in the shower area was super slippery when wet. A suction cup bath mat and/or a grab bar would be tremendously helpful. There were plenty of cloth bath mats but they really didn't solve the slippery problem. As we arrived later than we expected, we were not able to go to a market when we arrived. It would have been lovely if there had been a couple of coffee pods in the apartment for the first morning. Also, the garbage receptacles are small and there were no garbage bags. Again, just having a couple available initially would have been helpful. Finally, although there was plenty of drawer and closet space, we did run out of hangers. A luggage rack would have been helpful as well instead of leaving suitcases open on the floor.

Les personnes qui s'occupent de la sécurité (en particulier Fernando) qui sont très professionnelles et très agréables. Merci beaucoup à eux car ils ont été le point positif de ce séjour ! Emplacement

Très déçu par l'état de propreté à notre arrivée qui était très mauvais . Même si le gardien a de suite envoyé photos a la direction qui a effectivement reconnu le manque important de nettoyage et a réagi en nous envoyant des le lendemain une équipe de nettoyage qui cette fois a bien fait le travail, nous regrettons la façon dont nous avons été accueilli le lendemain par la responsable. Façon de parler guère diplomatique et en prétextant que cela était une façon normale de parler au Portugal et montrant son irritation d’une manière trop évidente quand nous lui faisons remarquer les différents problèmes. Aussi il est bon de savoir que la salle de bain de l'appartement avec 2 chambres est pour personnes handicapées. Cela est très louable de la part de l'établissement , toutefois nous aurions aimé que cela soit clairement mentionné dans la description de l'appartement . Réponse de la responsable : " l'établissement n'est pas obligé de le mentionner" !. Les photos du site cachent clairement ce détail et ne montre en aucun cas les équipements pour personnes handicapées présents. Personnellement même si bien sure je respecte, je n'aime pas trop avoir ce genre de salle de bain. Le chauffe eau se met en Erreur en permanence et il faut le relancer manuellement sans cesse ( attention, ne pas être seul dans l'appartement quand on prend une douche !) Apparemment problème connu de la direction, mais en aucun cas cela nous a été mentionné avant de le découvrir par nous même. Pour conclure, nous avons été très déçu par cet appartement qui malgré le prix ne correspond pas aux critères que nous attendions . Dommage, cela nous a un peu gâché notre séjour lisboète de 3 nuits. Pour info, tous les autres appartements que nous avons loués au Portugal durant ces vacances étaient eux très bien.

Water leaked from the shower box during shower and lack of support for personal itens on bathroom

The apartment was well equipped, it had a lift, reasonable location with a restaurant next door and others around 400m away and around 500m from the historic trams that run into central Lisbon. We had paid extra for a ‘terrace’ which was mainly handy for airing our washing but was nearly the size of our apartment and okay if temperature was not moderate. We parked overnight at public parking for 24 Euros before returning car to airport Taxi organised by Apartments was a Mercedes Vito so roomy and fair value at 35 Euros cash to driver.

Room was very compact, bed was double, not queen, and looked like it folded up against the wall. Bathroom was incredibly compact. We did not receive door access info in advance and door bell did not seem to be working so took a few minutes to get a staff member to open the door which is tricky when once’s car is parked at the exit to the Psrliament building.
