Tropical Flavour Apartment

The property was lovely, I loved the inside hall and stairs, it’s a beautiful building, renovated sympathetically. Then you get in to the apartment which is also lovely, bright and airy. It has all the facilities you would need and the bed was very comfortable. Ideally, the apartment is also situated a very short walk from the restaurants and shops. The train and bus station is nearby. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Zeer goede locatie. Comfortabele bedden. Zeer beperkte ruimte in het woongedeelte.

Geur in de badkamer, had te maken met de ledingen. Eens het water aan het lopen was, was het wel weg.

Localizado mesmo no centro, muito limpo, pessoal muito receptível.

Por ser no centro, e contrário estacionamento na rua é questão de sorte.

We were lucky to be allowed to check in earlier than 4pm. Lovely apartment on two levels. Nicely cleaned on arrival. Well furnished with bedroom and bathroom on both floors. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Practical with washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the property and you get up a beautiful old stone staircase. There are lifts, but they were not working the week we were there. Don't know if they are generally out of order. The stairs are not suitable for people with walking difficulties. The property is centrally located in Faro close to the old town, restaurants and shops. There is a short walk to the train and bus station. Larger supermarket is approx. 1.5 km from the apartment. We have been happy to stay here.

It is ok to have a deposit, but it should be returned shortly after departure, unless something is broken. I did not get my deposit back until a week after departure. We were sent an email about online check-in several times AFTER we had filled out and sent the form with information. Also several messages that the deposit was being charged to the card. It annoyed me to get these messages when everything was in order. The place for dropping off the garbage is stated incorrectly on the sign in the apartment and the welcome guide. When we asked the staff, we were told a completely different position. The beds were a bit too hard for us and the window in one bedroom could not be opened. Please note that there may be noise from the street, especially in the evening, but also at night, as there is a music club nearby. We were woken up one night by shouting from the street.
