Beach Bum West-O Motel

We had to switch rooms 3 times to escape the weed odor that emanated strongly throughout! The folks upstairs could be heard throughout the night going up and down steps. The breakfast was poor with no fresh food, fruit and generic yogurt.

We liked everything. We will choose this motel again and again.

We loved the park like setting along the dock! Didn't care for the size of the room. We come back (and we will) we will select a large room or one of the cabins.

Everything was beautiful

It was a nice room for a couple and the area was pretty good too, not far from the oc boardwalk at all

Property was very clean. Our room appeared to be newly remodeled. It was small but was all we needed for an overnight stay. We had the room with 1 queen bed. My only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very lumpy.

Awesome place from several others I looked at I picked this one and l love the location with the lake view,staff was amazing especially “Jayden” he did a fantastic job thank you again I definitely be coming back again!!
